  They always take over an hour to deliver food, they only got one driver, food is decent but I wouldnt rave over it I've got some nasty food from them before, if youre looking for some good Chinese id go somewhere else

  Our family usually loves their food, but we could not enjoy it this time...because we never received it. After an hour, we called to check on the delivery, since we live only a mile from the restaurant. We were told the driver was just leaving. After another 20 minutes and still no food, we called again. This time, the employee laughed and said the driver was on our street. Unless they track their driver with GPS, she had no way of knowing this. Another 10 minutes later and still no food, we called again and cancelled our order. We were never given any explanation as to why our food was never delivered, and are currently waiting to see if the charge will be removed from our credit card. This is completely unacceptable, and cause enough for us to never order from them again!
